50/50 Teen Work Mentor

Teens work as mentors in the City Kids program. They assist with homework and other activities, model appropriate behavior, and help with playground supervision, snack, and clean-up. They are paid for 50% of their time and volutneer the rest. The teens learn needed job skills.
